Fundamentals

Footwork, stance, basic punches, blocks and kicks. Perfect for beginners.

All‑Levels

Technical drills, padwork, bagwork, partner work and conditioning. Options for every level.

  • Pads and spare gloves available
  • Own gloves and wraps recommended (not needed)
  • Friendly sparring (own mouthgurad required)

Fighters

Sparring, strategy, and fight prep. Choosen by head coach.

  • Extra conditioning given for out-of-class training
  • Friday sparring sessoins utalised (at discretion of coach availability)
  • Mouthguard required

Youth

Confidence, coordination, and discipline in a fun, safe class.
