Fundamentals
Footwork, stance, basic punches, blocks and kicks. Perfect for beginners.

All‑Levels
Technical drills, padwork, bagwork, partner work and conditioning. Options for every level.

- Pads and spare gloves available
- Own gloves and wraps recommended (not needed)
- Friendly sparring (own mouthgurad required)
Fighters
Sparring, strategy, and fight prep. Choosen by head coach.
- Extra conditioning given for out-of-class training
- Friday sparring sessoins utalised (at discretion of coach availability)
- Mouthguard required
Youth
Confidence, coordination, and discipline in a fun, safe class.
